1983 was a great time for NFL football.  Two great dynasties started (San Fransisco 49ers and Washington Redskins) as the league entered a very prosperous decade.  Though the Dallas Cowboys began their slow fade in 1983 (Danny, NO!) they remained one of the most popular teams with stars Tony Dorsett, Ed "Too Tall" Jones, Everson Walls, and Tony Hill.

RetroCards has another Cowboy set featuring players that didn't have cards that year.  This set offers several mid-level stars such as Billy Joe DuPree, Bill Bates, and Michael Downs as well as young players like Jim Jeffcoat, Doug Donley, and Gary Hogeboom.  This set also features a slick Tom Landry card, Dennis Thurman Highlight, and two playoff cards.
